Updating the SMS OptIn Field

For compliance purposes, opting into and out of SMS is controlled by the recipient sending STOP or START in reply to a previously received SMS.

The default value for the Opt-In fields is controlled by a system setting. If you need assistance updating your default setting, please Contact Bullhorn Support.

If you have added records and the default was set to opt them out in error, you will need to contact Support to have them opted in.
