ATS v2: How to Set Sub Statuses

If a Candidate is Rejected, sub statuses cannot be set.

  1. In the ATS tab, select the candidates you want the same sub status applied to.
    • To avoid errors, selected candidates must also be in the same ATS stage.
  2. Click the Actions drop-down and select Set Sub Statuses.

  3. In the Set Sub Status pop-up, click the Sub Status drop-down.
    • The sub status can only be chosen for the stage the selected candidates are on.

  4. Select the desired sub status.
  5. Click Save.

There can be only one active sub status for each combination of Application and ATS Stage.
