: How to Use Sub Status History Tracking
Once you have completed theATS v2: Sub Status History Tracking Enablement, you can then choose to have Sub Status History Tracking feature enabled or disabled.
When a sub status is saved and history tracking is enabled:
- A new record is created with the Stage, Application ,and Value fields set appropriately and the Is Active field is set to true.
- If there is an existing active sub status record for the given application and stage, the existing record is updated to inactive.
When a sub status is saved and history tracking is disabled:
- If there is no existing sub status, a new record is created with the Stage, Application, and Value fields.
- If there is an existing sub status record for the given application and stage, then this record has the Value field updated.
