ATS v2: Admin: Configure Separate Interview, Interviewee Templates Email Page Record Types

Verify

Verify the Record Type on some of the Email Page Type records to see if they are blank with either of the below methods:

• Add Field: Add the Record Type field on a layout.
• Run Query: Run a query on Email Page Type object in Developer Console.

Configure

If the Record Type on an Email Page Type records is blank, you can configure this.

1. Open the affected record.
2. Click on the 'Change Record Type' action in the top right corner action bar.
3. You can take one of the following actions:
