: Separate Interview, Interviewee Templates Not Loading
If the default template/folder you specified in one of the above fields are incorrect, the Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Email Editor will be loaded without the template/folder pre-selection.
Below are a few of the reasons your template may not be loading:
- Typo in a name
- Insufficient access level
- The folder is not in the list of available folders on the Email Template Folders field
