ATS v2: Sub Status Custom Labels

Custom labels give you the option of customizing how sub statuses look and act in ATS v2.

Below are the custom labels:

Name Short Description Value
SubStatus_Column_Header The sub status column header on the Table ViewClosed One of the three user Interfaces in ATS v2 (the others being Kanban View and List View). Sub Status
SubStatus_Applications_Not_Same_Stage Error message when setting the sub status for applications in a different stage. All selected applications need to be in the same stage to set a sub status.
SubStatus_Header_Title The header of the sub status popup. Set Sub Status
SubStatus_ApplicantsClosed A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider._Not_Same_Stage Error message when setting sub status for applicants in a different stage. All selected applicants need to be in the same stage to set a sub status.
SubStatus_ActionClosed When used in ATS or Search and Match UI, one of multiple actions available after user has selected a sub-set of Candidates_Button The action button on ATS drop-down. Set Sub Status.
No_Substatus Value shown in the Sub Status column of the Table View when no Sub Status is set. None
