ATS v2: Sub Status Candidate Enablement

You need to enable the sub status feature for candidates A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider..

1. Click Setup.
2. Click Custom Metadata Types.
3. Next to ATS Action When used in ATS or Search and Match UI, one of multiple actions available after user has selected a sub-set of Candidates Configuration, click Manage Records.
4. Click Sub Status Retained.
5. Click Edit.
6. Click the Active checkbox.
7. Click Save.
8. Complete the last four steps again to enable the following, remaining candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. configurations:
   • Sub Status Permanent
   • Sub Status Fixed
   • Sub Status Consulting
