Amplify Present Metrics Dictionary
Amplify Present Metrics are only available to Bullhorn Amplify customers.
Amplify Present Metrics give you visibility into how your team uses Amplify Present, so you can track how many Present files are created, which templates are used, how much of Present is automated, and how Present relates to submissions and placements.
The metrics and ratios listed in this article are used in the Amplify Dashboards: Present Tab. The Targetable? column indicates whether the metric can be used as a target. See Targetable and Non-Targetable Metrics for more information.
What Counts as Present Activity
Amplify Present uses AI to generate candidate documents such as resumes and cover letters from templates set up in Amplify Admin. Each file, document or packet created is counted once. Present files are created in two ways:
- In the ATS: A user opens a Candidate record, starts a Submission Packet from the Amplify tab, selects a template and saves the document to the Candidate record.
- By automation: The Generate File Automation step creates a PDF from a template and saves it to the Candidate record automatically.
Metrics that include Present Assisted count records where the Candidate had a Present file created within the last 6 months.

Present Activity Metrics
Present activity metrics track the Present files created within the selected timeframe, and the users and Candidates involved.

Present Assisted Metrics
Assisted metrics track the submissions and placements created within the selected timeframe where there had been a Present file created beforehand.

Ratios
Present ratios compare Present metrics. All Present ratios are displayed as a percentage, rounded to the nearest whole number. Ratios cannot be used as targets.

The following attribute is used to break down Present metrics in the Template Use and Generate File - Template Usage panels. It is not a metric, so it has no Targetable? setting.
