Amplify Automation Skills Metrics Dictionary
Amplify Automation Skills Metrics are only available to Bullhorn Amplify customers.
Amplify Automation Skills Metrics give you visibility into how your team uses the Amplify steps in Bullhorn Automation: Enrich, Match Candidates and Enrich From File. Use them to track how often each step runs and how it relates to submissions and placements.
The metrics and ratios listed in this article are used in the Amplify Dashboards: Automation Skills Tab. The Targetable? column indicates whether the metric can be used as a target. See Targetable and Non-Targetable Metrics for more information.
What Counts as Automation Skills Activity
Automation Skills activity is generated by Bullhorn Automation steps rather than by individual users, so this tab has no user leaderboards. The tab covers three skills:
- Automation Enrich: The Enrich step uses an AI prompt to generate or standardize record data, and saves the result to an ATS field or as a note. It can be used in Candidate, Job, Submission and Contact automations.
- Match: The Match Candidates step returns the best-fit Candidates for a Job.
- Enrich From File: The Enrich From File step updates Candidate records using data extracted from the resume field or from an attached resume file.
Metrics that include Assisted count records where the step was applied within the last 6 months before the Submission or Placement was created.

Assisted Metrics

Ratios
The Automation Skills ratios compare assisted placements with total placements. They are displayed as percentages, rounded to the nearest whole number. Ratios cannot be used as targets.

The following attributes are used to break down metrics in the scoreboard panels. They are not metrics, so they have no Targetable? setting.
