Amplify Screen Metrics Dictionary
Amplify Screen Metrics are only available to Bullhorn Amplify customers.
Amplify Screen Metrics give you visibility into how your team uses Amplify Screen, so you can track invitations, completions and scores, follow up with high-scoring Candidates, and see how Screens relate to submissions and placements.
The metrics and ratios listed in this article are used in the Amplify Dashboards: Screen Tab. The Targetable? column indicates whether the metric can be used as a target. See Targetable and Non-Targetable Metrics for more information.
What Counts as Screen Activity
Amplify Screen invites a Candidate to complete an AI-led Screen for a Job. Screen activity is recorded at each stage:
- Invited: An invite is sent to the Candidate.
- Started: The Candidate begins the Screen. Some started Screens are ended before completion.
- Completed: The Candidate finishes the Screen and receives a score.
Metrics that include Screen Assisted count records where the Candidate completed a Screen for any Job within the last 6 months. Metrics that include without Call count completed Screens where no Candidate Call was logged in the 3 months after.
On the Top Users and Non-Adopters panels, users are credited as the Job Owner.

A count of Screens completed in the selected timeframe where the Candidate scored 70 or higher. A count of Screens completed in the selected timeframe where no Candidate Call was logged in the 3 months after. The note actions treated as a Candidate Call are those mapped into Analytics. See the Candidate Calls metric. |
|
Screens > 70 without Call |

A count of Screens completed in the selected timeframe where the Candidate scored 70 or higher and no Candidate Call was logged in the 3 months after. A lower number is better, because it means fewer high-scoring Candidates are waiting for follow-up. |
