Amplify Enrich from Notes Metrics Dictionary
Amplify Enrich from Notes Metrics are only available to Bullhorn Amplify customers.
Amplify Enrich from Notes Metrics give you visibility into how your team uses Enrich from Notes, so you can track how many Notes are used to update records, how many fields are updated, how much is automated, and how Enrich from Notes relates to submissions and placements.
The metrics and ratios listed in this article are used in the Amplify Dashboards: Enrich from Notes Tab. The Targetable? column indicates whether the metric can be used as a target. See Targetable and Non-Targetable Metrics for more information.
What Counts as Enrich from Notes Activity
Enrich from Notes transfers information from call notes, interview summaries and other Note content into Candidate, Client Contact and Job fields in the ATS. A Note is counted once it leads to at least 1 accepted field update. Updates are made in two ways:
- In the ATS: A user adds or edits a Note and accepts the suggested field updates.
- By automation: The Enrich from Notes automation step applies the updates that meet your configured confidence threshold.
Metrics that count Notes, such as Enrich From Notes: Total, count each Note once however many fields it updates. Enrich From Notes: Fields Enriched counts the fields updated.
Metrics that include Enrich from Note Assisted count records where the Candidate, Client Contact or Job was updated via Enrich from Notes within the last 6 months.

Enrich from Notes Activity Metrics
Enrich from Notes activity metrics track the Notes used to update records, and the fields updated, within the selected timeframe.

Ratios
Enrich from Notes ratios compare Enrich from Notes metrics. All Enrich from Notes ratios are displayed as a percentage, rounded to the nearest whole number. Ratios cannot be used as targets.
