What do I do when a candidate asks for their data?

The General Data Protection Regulation allows for candidates to request what data you have on them. You will need to take several steps to create a package for the requester.

1. Export the Data as shown on the Exporting Data from Bullhorn article.
2. Navigate to the desired candidate record and download the attachments from the Files tab.
3. Export the emails as shown on the Export Management article.
4. Compile all of this information and provide it to the candidate in the format of your choosing.
