Export Management

This feature is available in S-Release and Novo.

When people request their data from the system, you can export and deliver record data in a machine readable format. The standard CSV export function is available on the list views and is configurable by adding or removing columns via View Layout.

The candidate’s resume can be downloaded from the record’s file and the candidate’s emails and inbound sms messages can be exported directly from the record to be packaged and provided to the candidate.

Note:

To use this feature, you must have GDPR or CCPA Support enabled for your company.

This is for exporting inbound emails from Candidates, Contacts, and Leads only. Outbound emails will not be included.
  1. Navigate to the desired candidate, contact, or lead record.
  2. From the Actions drop down, select Export Emails.
  3. Select where on your computer you’d like to Save the file.

Exporting SMS Messages from Candidates, Contacts, and Leads

  1. Navigate to the desired candidate, contact, or lead record.
  2. From the Actions drop down, select Export SMS Messages.
  3. Select where on your computer you’d like to Save the file.
