Adding New Substatus Values to Stages
Adding a Substatus
- Navigate to Setup > Create > Objects.
- Go to the Label Job Order.
- Under Related Look Up Filter look for Application, Interview, Submittal, etc.
- Click on the name of the designated stage, where you would like to add the Substatus.
- For example, click on the object Application if you would like to add or edit the sub-status under Application
- Scroll down to Custom Fields & Relationship and select the Substatus Field Label (do not click edit).
- At the bottom, select Edit to edit existing values or New to create a new value.
- When creating a new values, enter the new field values in the box and select the appropriate record types by selecting them below the box.
- If you do not select the record types, your new values will not be available.
- After you have made sure you selected the record type values in step 5 above, click Save.
