Wi-Fi Not Showing on Tempo
Overview
This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to update the Wi-Fi drivers on your Tempo. This typically needs to be done if the Wi-Fi is not showing on the Tempo, but is showing and connected to other devices.

Steps
If your Wi-Fi has recently been updated and your Tempo has stopped connecting to the network since the update, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Intel driver website.
- Find the appropriate Windows 10 64-bit driver and download it to the flash drive.
- Safely eject the flash drive using the windows device menu.
- Insert the flash drive to the USB port on the back of the Tempo.
- From the Tempo, enter Manager Mode > Technical Menu > Exit to Windows > Sign in as Clock Admin.
- Contact
- Once signed in, find the Flash Drive within File Explorer.
- Right-click Download and select Run as Administrator.
- The Tempo will restart. Reenter Manager Mode > Technical Menu > Exit to Windows > Sign in as Clock Admin.
- Select Start Menu > Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi.
- Find and connect to your Wi-Fi network.
- Verify that the Tempo is connected and sign out of Clock Admin to Clock User.
- Remove the flash drive and ensure the clock is connected to by navigating to Manger Mode and checking that Connection to Peoplenet says Success.
