Requesting Indeed Syndication

If you want to post jobs from Bullhorn directly to Indeed, you’ll need to have Indeed Syndication enabled.

Indeed Syndication connects your Bullhorn jobs to Indeed and automatically includes Indeed Apply, so candidates can apply directly through Indeed and appear in Bullhorn as Web Responses.

Overview

The Indeed Syndication integration allows you to:

• Send jobs from Bullhorn directly to Indeed

• Receive candidate applications submitted through Indeed (“Easy Apply”) directly into Bullhorn

This integration must be enabled by Bullhorn Support. You can’t turn it on yourself through the Admin menu.

Before You Request Enablement

Check the following before contacting Support:

• Paid Indeed Account: Indeed requires all customers to have a paid account for job syndication.

• Job Data Requirements: Jobs syndicated to Indeed must include City, State, and Country fields, and must follow Indeed’s posting guidelines.

How to Request Enablement

1. Contact Bullhorn Support and request Indeed Syndication enablement.

2. Include the following details in your request:

   • Confirmation that you have a paid Indeed account

   • The career portal you use (Open Source Career Portal or a custom portal)

Once your request is received, Bullhorn Support will complete the setup and confirm when the integration is active.

After Enablement

Once the integration is active:

• You’ll see the Indeed checkbox when publishing or republishing jobs.

• Jobs you publish from Bullhorn can be automatically syndicated to Indeed.

• Candidates who apply through Indeed will appear in Bullhorn as Web Responses with a Source of Indeed.
