View Employee's Time Card

Overview

This article will tell you how to view your Employee's Time Card. Depending on your configuration, employee time cards will display different details. Regardless of your setup, you will be able to review individual time card information by week.

The employee time card displays a daily view of hours entered for the week, including whether the hours have been approved or disputed. This view is available from any tab on the TMC.

Steps

  1. Click on the employee’s name from the list to view their time card.

  2. Hover over the assignment name to display the client name and assignment number.

  3. Src (Source) displays the source of the time entry:
    • EML: Group Time Sheet.
    • EMP: Time recorded on a time clock.
    • IVR: Phone Time Entry.
    • MBL: When a user enters time on their mobile device.
    • PNE: Bullhorn Time & Expense generated punch, typically associated with break deductions. Can also mark changes in departments or shifts.
    • SYS or CLK: Bullhorn Time & Expense generated adjustment; typically associated with rounding deductions.
    • VTC: Virtual Time Clock.
    • VTS: Virtual Time Sheet.
    • WTE: Web Time Entry.
    • Initials: Adjustment or entry by TMC User.
  4. Aprvl (Approval status) will show as blank for no approval, if disputed, or if approved.
    • If hours are disputed, the adjustment and comments will display on the time card.
  5. If available, assignment details may be reviewed in Assignment Summary.
  6. Any changes to the time card are recorded under Comments.
  7. Show Rounded Times/Show Actual Times: If there are any rounding rules, you may toggle these options to see actual or rounded time on the time card.
  8. Hide Daily Totals/Show Daily Totals: Toggle this to remove or add the ability to see daily worked totals.
