Reviewing Payable and Billable Details

This article contains information on reviewing an employee's pay and bill details via their time card.
Reviewing Details
Depending on your access to the Time Management Console, you may be able to see items that fall into one or both of these categories.
- Pay - if you have access to see Pay items, you may review details as they relate to how employees are paid in . You can see pay rate information on time card summaries and reports.
- Bill - this access allows visibility into how clients are billed for work in . Your views in time cards, reports, and any other tabs in will include bill rate details.
In this time card example, the administrator has access to see both Pay & Bill information in
.If the administrator's access included access to only Pay information, that administrator would not see the Bill column. Similarly, if the access were configured to include Bill only, that administrator would not see the Pay column or its details.
- Notice that Worked hours appear in the Total Hrs column and other non-worked adjustments appear in the Adj. $ column to the right.
- Worked time is listed as Pay and Bill, so those hours appear in both Pay and Bill columns.
- For the Bonus on Row 2, it appears in the Pay only column because it is not billed to the client.
