Client Approval via Email
After a candidate submits their time, a client approver receives an email with a link to review and approve the time entries. This approval process is a key part of Web Time Entry, ensuring accuracy and client sign-off.
This approval process is automated on a set schedule, set up in the TMC by an admin. This ensures time approval emails are always sent on time, streamlining the process.

Time Approval in the Time Management Console (TMC)
Administrators with TMC access can approve time directly in the TMC, bypassing the need for Client Level Approval. There are a few ways to approve time in the TMC:

Approve from an Individual Time Card: Quickly approve time for a single employee.

Approve from Employee List Quickly approve timesheets for multiple employees on a single screen.
