Building Calculations in Bullhorn Reporting

You need to build custom calculations for just about anything outside of counts and the few items that Bullhorn already calculates.

Steps

1. Add the two fields that make up your calculation.
   • In this example, it would be job count and note count.
2. Hold down Ctrl on your keyboard to select both fields.
   
3. Select the Insert calculations button and choose the desired calculation.
   
   • If you want a different calculation than the ones listed, select Custom.
     
4. A new column will appear with your desired calculation. You can treat that new column as any other field and sort, group, apply conditional formatting, etc.
