Referencing Data Items that Aren't in Bullhorn Reporting (Previously Canvas)

If you create a report where data in a column is linked to Bullhorn records, you'll notice your report layout still shows an extra column not in your report. See Linking to Bullhorn Records in Bullhorn Reporting (Previously Canvas) for more information on the initial steps.

You can not delete this column to clean up the report, as this causes an error. This article shows you how to remove the column without an error.

Steps

  1. Click on the column header for the extra column and select the Cut icon from the Toolbar.

  2. Select the whole list by click on the three dots in the upper left corner.
  3. In the Properties pane on the right, scroll down to the Data section.
  4. Select the three dots next to Properties.

  5. Check the box for the column you previously cut.
  6. Select OK.

  7. Save your report.
