Submitting a Candidate to a Contact (Client Submission)
Bullhorn refers to this step as the "client submission," also known as a sendout or CV sent. As with the internal submission, start this step from the job record.
Notes:
-
After you complete this step, Bullhorn automatically changes the candidate's submission status to Client Submission. For more information, see Updating a Candidate's Submission Status.
-
If you're sending a candidate to several contacts at the same company, change the email's message type from Mass Mailing to Normal first. Bullhorn logs a separate submission for each contact in the To field, so switching to Normal reveals a CC field for the additional contacts. Keep the contact from the job record in the To field. Switching to Normal also disables the tracking device.
-
If you skipped the internal submission step, on the job record, open the Select an Action drop-down and select Add Client Submission, then select the candidate(s) to submit and click Next. Skip ahead to step 4 below.

Expand Client Submission.
-
Click the Actions drop-down to the left of the client submission to delete.
